HEAD COACH
Suldbayar "Sugi" Damdin is an Olympian world-class judoka and Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion, with countless international awards and medals to his name. Since childhood, Sugi has dedicated himself to grappling and mixed martial arts. Currently, Sugi serves as the lead instructor at Chantilly MMA, where he lives out his passion for teaching students of all ages the most fundamentally important aspects of mixed martial arts: dedication, respect, discipline, passion, and mastery of techniques.

THOMAS ALLEN
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and No-Gi Instructor
Thomas started his martial arts journey at the Oxon Hill Dojo under Timothy Price in 1993. There he studied Judo, Isshin Ryu Karate, and Hapkido. Thomas continued to study and practice Judo until 2002 when he stopped to focus on his studies at the University of Maryland. In 2016, he made the decision to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Master Suldbayar Damdin. Thomas enjoys learning and exchanging Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques while helping others attain their goals.

JORDAN STONE
Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor
Jordan has been a judo practitioner his entire life.Right after high school, he joined the Marine Corps where he helped with the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program and competed with the Armed Forces Judo Team. Jordan is currently a Brown Belt in BJJ and a 3rd-degree black belt in Judo. Jordan has won the Maryland Open, Virginia Open, Keystone state games, Takemori Open, and Ken Tamai Open multiple times.

FRANKIE MONTENEGRO
Muay Thai Instructor
Frank Montenegro (AKA Hulk) comes from a well-rounded martial arts background. Frank was taught by one of the best Muay Thai instructors in the region. Currently, Frank is training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Master Sugi. He is now sharing the knowledge that has been accumulated during the last several years with the students at Chantilly MMA.
